Le Mas des Lavandes features a large covered terrace equipped with a barbecue, deckchairs, and wooden garden furniture with a table for outdoor dining. A private, tree-lined, and shaded garden extends from the terrace and overlooks a large meadow of more than 2 hectares.
Le Mas des Lavandes offers all the amenities to make your stay a true delight. It is a fully independent, air-conditioned house of 80m². The ground floor opens onto a spacious area enhanced by the warm tones of exposed beams, ochre wall paint, antique doors, and terracotta floor tiles.
The property’s parking area includes 2 spaces reserved for Le Mas des Lavandes, equipped with an electric car charging station.

REZ-DE-CHAUSÉE CLIMATISÉ
The dining and living area: Brightened by a large bay window overlooking the private garden, a small stream, and the Luberon. It is furnished with a round table, a mirror, an antique sideboard, a very comfortable sofa, storage shelves, and a fireplace with insert.
The open-plan kitchen: Features terracotta tile countertops, refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (dryer), electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, crockery. Ironing equipment included.
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM
An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed: This room is separated from the main area by the stairwell, which includes storage space underneath. It is furnished with a large 160 x 200 cm bed, an armchair, and a wardrobe with hanging space. Its window opens onto a lovely view of the covered terrace.
Separate toilet with window and hand basin, opposite the stairs.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
An air-conditioned bedroom with one or two beds: Furnished with a large 180 x 200 cm bed (hotel-quality mattresses and bases), convertible into two twin beds (90 x 200 cm) upon request. Wardrobe with hanging space, armchair, and a view to the south over the tiled roof of the terrace and a stunning Luberon landscape.
This is an ideal house for a couple seeking 2 very comfortable double bedrooms, a family with children, or 2 couples. Each bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a baby cot.
UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM / MEZZANINE
The mezzanine: Includes a library with numerous books for all ages, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa. It’s a cozy and private spot where you can retreat behind a landing door while still being at the heart of the home.
The bathroom: Equipped with a washbasin, walk-in shower, shelves, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. The window overlooks the surrounding hills and the village of Viens.

We had a wonderful stay at Brigitte’s property in Cereste! The villa was exactly as pictured – absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for our stay. It felt very private even though others were also staying on the property at the time. We made use of the pool and enjoyed the views. Brigitte was very communicative throughout the stay – she welcomed us and also made time to say goodbye when we were leaving. We’d love to stay here again when we return to the Luberon region – there is so much to do and see and we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Brigitte’s cozy cottage in the French countryside. She was able to accommodate us on short notice, was very easy to communicate with, and even brought us extra supplies to make sure our 1-year-old was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful- it felt like an authentic French country-side home and the surrounding area is beautiful. The property feels private but not isolated, and we felt immersed in the serene nature of Provence. Bridgette was a great host who was highly responsive and friendly, and made it a point to chat with us on our way out. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay with Bridgette during our next trip!

The house is charming in a beautiful location. Spectacular mountain views. Peaceful. Although there are 3 other houses for rent on the property, we didn’t see anyone else during our stay. The view from our house (lavender) was very private, no other houses in sight. Nor did we see anyone else in the shared pool, which was a good size. The house is very cozy and has every convenience. Great stay overall, we are likely to be back. Brigitte was very friendly and helpful with local activities escapade au paradis !

A real gem in the heart of Provence ! This gîte is absolutely stunning with its secluded location overlooking the majestic mountains and the sound of nature immersing the charming house and its terrace.
Add to the a smartly designed living split on two floors, well equipped kitchen where one can prepare dishes from the findings on the local markets and beautiful swimming pool and you have a paradisiaque that is La Bastidonne! Enjoy the good life

Brigitte’s place is very calm and relaxing. It is a great base to explore la Provence and the little villages around it. It is also a good place for a small family and offers everything you need ”infrastructure-wise”. We definitely recommend that place and will be back soon.
